how would i know which issues take priority over others (i.e. replacing roofing, fixing plumbing)?

Leaking toilets not installed properly, gaping hole in roof, holes left in siding, tile laid incorrectly which will need to be replaced, not installing the back splash properly.

You get a few doors but only one roof/boiler, to fix.

maybe the roof was just done but the furnace is 25 years old. 

@Mike BossIn California I believe it’s $800 a year and rack on what your cpa will charge you and you are gonna run a $2k bill to do a LLCIf you are fixing and flipping lenders may require you to have a LLC.

I know about HOA fees and alot of condos/town homes only alow a certain amount of renters, but on the flip side i think my CAP EX would not be as much because im not responsible for the roof, snow removal, yard keeping. any thoughts would help, thanks. 

Each unit extends from the foundation to roof and has open spaces on at least two sides.

Yes some systems are more but some are a lot less like Roof, etc.

Put in about $25k of improvements, to include 2 unit rehabs, new roof (mostly covered by insurance) new paint, and eliminated one unit.
