Leaking toilets not installed properly, gaping hole in roof, holes left in siding, tile laid incorrectly which will need to be replaced, not installing the back splash properly.

@Mike BossIn California I believe it’s $800 a year and rack on what your cpa will charge you and you are gonna run a $2k bill to do a LLCIf you are fixing and flipping lenders may require you to have a LLC.

I know about HOA fees and alot of condos/town homes only alow a certain amount of renters, but on the flip side i think my CAP EX would not be as much because im not responsible for the roof, snow removal, yard keeping. any thoughts would help, thanks.

Put in about $25k of improvements, to include 2 unit rehabs, new roof (mostly covered by insurance) new paint, and eliminated one unit.
