Are you wanting to ride the appreciation?

Remember, you can ride the rollercoaster, but you only realize a loss when you get off the ride.  

I paid into that for 9 years and I still let it ride.

@Gino Gonzales I would encourage you to be careful riding the fine line or joint venture and syndication.

Also been a tricky ride with working a full time job having a now 4 yr old and 1 yr old girls.

Listened to this podcast with Hunter Thompson and Reed Goosen on a plane ride recently and it touches a bit on what sort of person you need to become to attract amazing mentors.

Why do people think they get a free ride if things don't go there way.

Considering how crazy and unpredictable the stock market has been the last couple of weeks with the recent correction and subsequent roller coaster ride we are happy to be able to provide a more stable vehicle for our investors to grow their money while also continuing to add to our portfolio and grow ourselves as investors.

I'm not an active market investor (what a fun ride it has been today for my mutual funds and 401k), but I dont know that I would buy quite yet. 

How much do you know about pricing in that area and how will you know you aren't getting taken for a ride on all the sub-contracting where the contractor can make extra money?
