What's their privacy policy?

Dev, my site is focussed on long-term rental properties and is about 6 months old.

I do the same for my rentals too.Kind of a pain to fit it in with everything - while keeping visits for maintenance to a minimum as to respect the tenants' privacy.

To hide your last name go to the upper right of this page:Account --> Settings and Privacy --> PrivacyCheck the box to hide your last name.

Respects their privacy and trains them to be a good tenant.

Based on my assessment the ARV is about $450k, due to the lot size, privacy offered and increased functionality/high-end updates after the rehab.

Leaving aside privacy issues, which as many have noted, are easily discovered... the separate P.O. box creates a clear division of the company from your personal life - highly desirable both from an LLC and from an IRS perspective.

When looking for houses I had no intentions of renting out rooms or having rental income come in, so if I had to do it over again I would have bought a duplex so I could retain my privacy.

I'm single and pretty comfortable with the privacy challenges associated with having roommates though.

When I went to the courthouse and explained what I was doing, the clerks were more than helpful and even set me up at a computer station with some privacy.
