Without any prior experience, you'll start at the very bottom, a grunt laborer, but you'll still see the nuts-and-bolts of the process.Nothing wrong with DIY Home Depot courses (especially when they're free), but you'll find working on a pro sub crew is worlds apart.

We often get out-of-towners who need an immediate space and dont' want to run the risk that ours will be gone by the time they get to town.Maintaining a good, ongoing relationship with renters is key but some of them and some of us are just plain nuts.

When I explain to them that, NO I DO NOT PAY CASH TO ANYONE,CONTRACTORS OR DIRECT HIRE WORKERS, that they MUST have a LEGIT biz entity, that besides liability ins, they need workmems comp unless they're true sole prop and then cannot bring ANYONE else to help AND THAT I NOW BESIDES NEEDING A COPY OF THEIR PROOF OF INS FORM THAT I ALWAYS CALL THE INS CO TO CONFIRM COVERAGE IS IN FORCE AND ON AND ON, I've had more people look at me like I'm nuts than you'd ever believe!
