AND, we’ve now got 3 Major League sports teams with FC Cincy.... although some here refuse to acknowledge the Bengals as Major League.

I graduated college from the University of Antelope Valley in Lancaster, CA in August of 2022 where I was able to get my MBA while also playing baseball there.

Orlando for example get lots of tourist groups that rent multiple homes at once or youth sports leagues coming for tournaments or foreign families that bring multi generations, so big homes do very well here, the smaller ones far outnumber the large ones and the ADR is very competitive. 

We have 4-8 units that we lease to a professional baseball team to house players.
