Corporate Housing Pros & Cons

Kyle A. Isaacs
Posted

I have several properties located throughout GA & FL and Corporate Housing businesses have solicited my listings several times but I've never follow up.  Does anyone have any experience working with Corporate Housing companies and could share the pros and cons?

I had one corporate housing property and it was great. You knew the money was coming and they would relocate people to the area and have them use the place until they found  a place of their own. The people were great because most were white collar moving to the area and were looking to buy or rent elsewhere, so they took care of the place.

Make sure its not a company that is trying to use it for STR, other than that my experience has been great.
