Looking for an intern/assistant type position!

My name is Jake Fields and I am looking for an internship/part time opportunity. I just turned 19 and played baseball for Saint Marys College. However that did not work out, and while I finish school over the next few years, I am seeking to further my real estate knowledge.

I am from the east bay but don't mind driving for a good opportunity. 

I just finished my real estate licening course and will sit for the next week. I did this while being a division 1 athlete and going to school full time. I'm motivated! My dad is a real estate investor and I see what its done for him, and with time on my side, I want to be even bigger. My dad and I formed a partnership and just got in contract with a triplex in Galt (just south of Sac). From this experience, I will learn firsthand about contracts, negotiations, inspections, disclosures, management, etc. My dad will even make me pick up a hammer and be part of the rehab!

I hope to get my hands dirty and learn any aspect of the business weather it be with a real estate agent, investor, flipper, wholesaler, mortgage broker anything!
