I'd share your concerns about social distancing and isolation and ask if there are questions or pics that would be sufficient. 

Looking at one number in isolation is meaningless. 

Then for Covid-19 isolation fun my wife & I just finished building a studio apartment from scratch & the 5x9 bathroom was <$1000 total (4x3 shower stall base, no tub).

They do the best b/c they are safe supportive housing, where during outbreaks many people are isolated. 

There are exceptions, of course.An important point about insurance vs. liability isolation: once a lawsuit is filed and the discovery process begins, your ENTIRE ESTATE becomes exposed and at risk, including your savings accounts and other assets of value.

This is the best level of protection because it isolates each property from the others.
