Could do a split location in the West too with a video/audio feed for those that don't want to travel far, such as Pheonix, Las Vegas, etc. and feed either direction.

So, sorry this is so long, if you're starting out you need to learn starting at the bottom with the basics, don't expect that learning 5 songs will make you a rock star or even expect to get gigs at clubs that can feed your family.

What he says is that we as investors, in order to (and you will learn more about this topic here and other sites) avoid being labeled a "dealer" by the IRS and instead being labeled as an "Investor", you will want to hold onto a few properties and use the capital raised from the buy/flip to feed the keepers.
