As trustee she can name the interest rate her 401K will charge her for that loan, and she can amortize that loan for up to 5 years.If the loan is used for BUSINESS purposes (an earlier post was incorrect), then she can deduct the interest on the loan as a legitimate business expense.

Some people just have a problem that not even a shrink can fix.If you are saying that there is NO probability that there is some possibility that he may have indeed experienced some form of bias (however often that was/is the case, we do not know) but if you are saying that never happened, never happens, cannot explain some form of obstacles others in his position may face, then without mincing words, I can tell you that is incorrect.
