And by unsupported, I mean - if I'm going to pay $500 for your course, the least you can do is staff people to field questions to people who are looking to gain info and wisdom from your course. :-)As I began to read some of the threads, I found that I may not have to resort to some of the things I was going to do (pay $1,000 for another "guru's course, $97/month for "personal" coaching, and the like).I will say that my mother is a realtor, and has wanted to dabble in RE investing.

Anyway, Canadian Real Estate magazine puts out a good product, but they have a very aggressive sales staff pushing for advertisements.  

Mike and his staff at Dowd Properties are the ones that helped me out tremendously by taking over Property Management. 

The facility was well laid out and well lit and the staff was accommodating  without being pushy. 

However, having an attorney on my staff has been a tremendous help.

Truly self-directed IRA's are held by specialty providers with different paperwork and staff training focused on non-traditional assets such as real estate, private mortgages, etc.

I have a full-time staff member who is learning the trade who started in a similar matter. 

The complex needs to be large enough to support on-site staff or most money people won't buy in to the project. 

I know that the NPS staff are conducting the similar types of programs to engage and educate the local community but it's only 3 or 4 rangers still.
