Dang!

I alway think inside my head, dang - a single family property would be so much more suited for this disabled vet suffering from PTSD than this apartment they are applying for.

Give her a dang notice to pay or quit.  

Google the heck out of the investors and find out who the general partner is, and call and email every dang day.  

For the rest, I'd make an appointment for them to see the unit, letting them know that the first approved tenant who actually signed a contract and paid the security deposit got the apartment  & that I kept showing the unit until that is what I had.And if they were late (without a call with a dang good reason like they're stuck in bumper to bumper traffic, which I could verify on Google maps) or didn't show, they were denied.  

Dang, now it's complicated lol.

Kept saying he should have bought it from the jerk, but dang how he hates that guy... :-)

It's rare in any market to see a rental with nothing installed in it.It's getter cheaper these days to always by package deals during major holiday sales.Many stores through in a dishwasher for dang near nothing when your buying a refrigerator and stove from the same manufacturers (Kenmore,Maytag,etc.).Add a Washer and Dryer to the mix and it can really be a money saving super bargain for the whole shibang.
