This has nothing to do with your 'feelings'.Before you keep trying get into further moot arbitrary arguments on the issue or boast of your legal prowess, first figure out how to get a darn title search done and don't expect a buyer who paid you for this... to contact title company with a tutorial on how to perform title related due diligence correctly.
