Land Acquisition Advice
Hello, just purchased open land in Colorado, Nevada, and Wyoming. Total amount just under 170 acres, at auction. You can say it was impulsive and now that the reality is setting; I am open to ideas of what I can do with it. How realistic would it be to plant walnut trees or lease it to cattlemen? Originally I was looking forward to getting a duplex and house hacking. I did this because I didn’t have the money for a down payment and had that buy and wait instead of wait and buy floating in my head.
