We had a cement area in the garage and ceramic tile in entry way that was urine soaked to the point that the urine had actually seeped thru the grout in the tile entry way and soaked the wood subfloor.

And I go through the gamut of current and future upgrades/maintenance: tiling the kitchen floor (in progress), new windows come spring/summer, new blinds and curtains, and the few 'fix-it' things that need attending to.

I have solid connections in electrical and plumbing, but looking for someone who has basic carpentry skills (install trim, take down walls and re-frame walls, etc), installs floors (hardwood and vinyl), minor painting, basic tile work, things like that.
