Hello BP Community :) I am looking for an Air BnB or Vacation Rental for the Times Square area of New York.

There’s a lot of uncertainty as it relates to the future of air-bnb.

Looking for an Air BnB or vacation rental in Times Square, New York for June.

If a non REO, place a clause about utilities being turned on in the contract, affecting your time lines if it is not.When utilities will not be turned on, you need a heavy generator, air pressure test plumbing, etc.

Recently acquired our 1st rental, planning on doing a BRRR and holding onto it. 2400 sq ft house built early 80's no central heat or air.

Maintenance costs are much higher due to the salt contamination in the air, strong winds, and occasional flooding. 

I don't do them but if I was going to , I would make sure the numbers work on a normal rental basis first and then ride the air bnb train for as long as the market allows full well knowing the B plan works too.

I’m 20 and it really takes the air out of a listing appointment when they say something like “gah your still a baby” in the middle of a walk through. but I literally let it go through one ear and out the other.

I have had great luck so far with AIR B&B, but I just started with them. 

I currently run an air bnb but I figure why stop there!?
