I’m a Fort Worth native (30 years) who recently moved out of town.

I'm looking to purchase a 2-4 unit property this year, but at this point I'm likely to stick with the Chicago market (my native market) where I'm still seeing Rent/Purchase at rates of around 1.5% and cash-on-cash return >= 15%, despite much higher property taxes.  

I'm a born and raised Tampa Bay area native (Treasure Island out at the beaches specifically but I live and invest in South Tampa) and the amount of construction and developers moving into this area is unlike anything we have ever witnessed before. 

I am a Jacksonville native.

I can tell you right now that the typical, middle class-lower middle class Native Californian will NEVER leave California.

I am a Columbus native and I have some knowledge I have been looking to network with others that are passionate in the area to see if we could work together. 

Chicago native here so very familiar with Racine :)

I’m a New York City native but purchasing any type of real estate in this area is not realistic for me.
