I tend to analyze any SFH or multi that comes on the market and fits my price criteria.

The only thing I don't like about them is they are quite hesitate to submit offer for me sometimes, because I tend to go lower too much on asking price.

In my opinion, some associations have way too much control and tend to take advantage of the out of state investors (not all of course).Is your preference to purchase another STR if a 1031 is the play?
