During that time I was also reading other real estate books and was also working every week in the investing-apartment business (rehabbing units, renting them, balancing the books, etc.).The course is somewhat expensive - but most courses that have one on one teaching and a tutorial will probably run about the same.Yes; you could read everything on this website (as I am currently doing), and read all the Rich Dad books (and others) and pound the streets and work the REI business.

but I have not heard about it in all the states i have worked in.Their Agent ID / name / number / name of broker / their brokers number / address of biz is the general info.if someone asked me to fax over a copy of my DL I would tell em to pound sand - many other homes to show.Might be a good idea to call a realtor and ask them what info they traditionally give out.You want to make this easy and normal for them and safe for you and your asset.

As a broker the perspective is how easy is the property going to be to sell and how fast will determine a lot.If the seller wants ultra top dollar and you have to make a hundred calls and pound the pavement for a month to find the one buyer will to pay that premium than that is worth a lot of commission.
