Self management is easy to do since you'll be living there, though I would definitely still recommend hiring a cleaner and using softwares that automate pricing, messaging, cleaner scheduling and payouts, etc.

I then set up automated emails in my system to automatically remind those folks 2 weeks before the deadline that they will have an auto withdraw coming up.

Problem with Zillow is they have this annoying "1-click reply" where people can just click on your ad without reading it and you get an automated message "Joe is interested in your apartment at 123 Main St."

You can automate messaging, check-in, and coordination with cleaners.

@Michael Marquis Angie is right that using some technology and basic CRM automation off your own website is a good supplement to what you're doing as far as personal networking. 

One thing I would suggest is setting up a automated transfer payment for at least the amount of your minimum monthly payment.
