In my opinion, Apple, Google and every other major stock is about the same as it was a month ago.

My start in REI came with getting a subscription to Audible and replacing Music, TV and Sports with listening / reading books (most of them twice) - starting with Rich Dad Poor Dad.

A small amount of bad apples have created the illusion in many people’s eyes that Realtors and real estate investors are the enemy.

Unless we know the details, it's apples and oranges.

@Russell Brazil love the image...for purposes of learning and others may be wondering, the obvious difference between apples and oranges may not not translate to all of us.

If they can only swing $600 right now, OK, but we better have a payment plan set up to cover the remaining $400.I bet a lot of the people saying they can't pay rent right now are going to be paying their cable TV and iPhone bills as they know those services will get turned off by the provider.

The last thing we need is these "bad apples" making all of us look like greedy monsters.

  ( at least for us real estate folks).. and so was lucky to get a second bite of the apple.. 

@Joe Splitrock  the NV Governor Locked down the state last night .. he was in tears on TV..
