I have always liked helping people anyways but this statement resonated with me.This applies to owning any business or being a sales professional.These people sadly dropping trash spam links don't get it.If they applied themselves in a different way they would have much better results.

Adding your actual email address to the header or anywhere else on the site usually leads to a lot of spam, you can test this to see how things go but you may find yourself wanting to link this to an actual contact form with Captcha.

As for contacting members, once someone is a colleague of yours, you'll see the "Send Message" link below their Avatar.This is designed to prevent people from coming to the site and just SPAMMING the members using our PM system.

Will,Then I had better think it through carefully because what we don't need is a pot of honey that will attract a bunch of SPAM flies flocking here for the free food rather than the good company and good conversation we all expect.Can I ask for suggestions from the membership on how to share this without there being a shoving match in the line?

A little sneaky, but ultimately you are getting their email so that you could send them EXACTLY what they need in the future, so you're not spamming them or anything.
