suggestions: bulletins, blogs, pm system

I think you should increase the functionality of the new social networking site. There should be a way to contact all of your collegues via a bulletin similar to myspace. There should be a blog area of everyone's profile to write articles, discuss experiences and deals, etc. Also, there is no where in the profile to "contact member" other then their phone number and I guess pm-ing through the forums.

I think having a blog area would be the most beneficial.
