I do not have any recommendations in that area however I know that BP has just launched a "Find a Property Manger" tab in their Build Your Team Section.

Most of the time the surveyor needs to come back at the start of construction and mark out the property - sometimes as simple as establishing property lines and other times they can mark out all the major corners / lines of a building.  

Good guy to have in your corner.

Curious on how section 8 would do in that area?

1) you could call more contractors to get more pricing. 2) buy the fancy washer, charge more on the rent $$$ & make a special section on the leases about maintenance on these machines. 

I am looking for another tax accounting team that can help because they want money up front just to get their help especially when taxes are due right around the corner.

Also if it's a turnkey occupied with a Section 8 tenant be aware that Section 8 often pays higher than market rents.

I'm focusing on section 8 I hoping I can mixed the two. but my foreplex are 2 x1 

I now have a low income 4plex that I would like to rent to section 8.
