Be sure you city doesn't have harsh restrictions on occupancy of "un-related parties)

So right now I am leaning toward the big bank, but I am concerned that they may appraise the property more harshly which could default the loanThe property is a turn-key deal with tenants living there for the past 5 years, and no plans to move. 

Their restrictions are harsh, look up short term rental laws in Austin.

That way I don't have to deal with storing it all.It sounds harsh to start so early, but if you add up the days, by the time you go to file for eviction at the courthouse and start paying some big bucks, it is already the 2nd week of the month. 

Nothing major, but perhaps changing some of the harshness of the language in some places and adding a few sections. 

I don't know about where you are, but there are some tenant-friendly areas with harsh laws regarding timely return of security deposit. 

I'm not trying to be harsh, but the reality is that showings disturb tenant's lives and courteous landlords do that as infrequently as possible.  

Account Closed may be a little harsh.

Hopefully this doesn't come off too harsh... but when people get so caught up in the physical aspect I have to ask why?
