We have used the chemical treatment and snakes with cutters to keep on top of it. 

Doing things wrong is how you learn to do things right.Sorry not trying to be harsh, just sounds like you need a boost to get you going.

I don't want to be harsh but I need people that can follow simple instructions and not waste a ton of my valuable time.  

I know its harsh for me to say that but than you see them starting academies and coaching and this and that.
