Once we where done with that we decided the we would start building our rental portfolio with a firm foundation of paid for rentals.

When I do acquire properties from the sale, the cost to “qt” the title from a reputable law firm is always factored in.

I've never tried it, but I'll take what's been said here as a firm warning. 

I would stand firm.

Large brokerage firms, especially the public ones like Marcus & Millichap and CBRE, present themselves as domain experts who will help value your property.

I firmly believe that the sail of the land is the worst thing she can do.

Personally, Integrity, Track record, Conservative culture, and Interests alignment are key when selecting a firm to invest with.You NEED to feel great about investing with a certain company, you need to feel that you can actually trust them and sleep well at night knowing that not only do you believe in the product you invested in, but the people behind it.
