I was once a broker in Manhattan & more increasingly, condos are becoming more & more like Co-ops & if you know anything about Co-ops, the approval process on these can be quite exhausting.

Sorry - great data just doesn't exist for non-populous regions - plus I want to help the most people possible with this project.2) I must have the ability to source this data from credible sources.This means that I can't do things like "landlord friendly metros" - as that would be subjective and require an exhaustive look at state by state legislature.Other than that - what do folks think would be useful to investors?

That's my goal.I ended up at BiggerPockets because I wanted to exhaust my sources of information as my Real Estate agents are either to busy to answer some of my questions or would like me to pay a premium for their consultation so I need to branch out.

Many Ontario homes require power vented units due to the depth of our foundation from ground level, A power vented unit runs around 995$ for a cheap model, you need a gas technician to install it, codes change every couple years so likely the exhaust vent has to be updated as well.
