I've downloaded the BiggerPockets guide to my Dropbox directory.

That may not be completely true today, but from what I've read, if you're putting everything on the same domain and have the choice between sub-domains (blog.mysite.com) and sub-directories (mysite.com/blog), that sub-directories are the better way to go for SEO purposes.

I'd start by reading through our BiggerPockets Blog, followed by our articles directory and forums.

I think you need to shop around for a new manager before this comes back to bite you.Remember: cheaper doesn't mean you'll make more money.Start by going to www.narpm.org to search their directory of managers.
