Everyone is in this business to make a living for their family, and if you want the agent to devote significant portions of their time to you, there needs to be something in place that will protect their compensation for the time spent with you.Maybe after you complete a few transactions with a particular agent, there will be trust established and they will not require the written agreement.

We are prepared to devote 100% of our time and do whatever it takes to turn a profit.

I too think there should be a section devoted to these types of experiences.

With little time and lack of interest in rehab, Bob may want to invest with others who have full time staff devoted to these activities (i.e. syndications).

Yep, I devoted my full attention to my kids when I was home on Thursday and we would play, go to the the park, visit the aquarium and go to various museums.

I am sorry the the ones with more knowledge do not have more time to devote to answering questions but then as some pointed out there are approved methods of gaining the basics.

I am also in the mortgage business and have been in the process of opening up a whole new department devoted to foreclosure bailouts.

Our partners however do the same thing from all manner of income as mentioned above.IF you can devote all your time and energy to learning the active real estate operator game you should definitely go for it.
