Hi, I am new to the real estate investing world and lately I have been trying to read every book about real estate that I can.  Most of the books that I have been able to find are in regard to small multi-families or single families so I am wondering if anyone knows an great books that are directed more towards investing in large multi familie and apartment complexes. Thank you!

Multifamily Millions by David Lindahl and LIfestyles Unlimited Inc. Daily Podcasts on tunein app.  I listen religiously.  Plus, I own 4 apartment complexes, soon to be 5.  They are not very large.  Right now I only own 57 front doors and after this new acquisition it will climb to 78 front doors.  Also, presently $120,000 in tax deferred cash flow per year and counting.  I expect to be earning $1,000,000.00 in cash flow per year in the next 8-10 years.
