Padsplit as a company has greesed alot of palms to be an acceptable violatoin of zoning and business licensing requirments for a hotel. 

Does anyone have any experience with doing a 1035 exchange between permanent insurance policies/companies?

Are those companies focusing on certain states or working across the US?

The lender has told me that as the guarantor on the company this would still affect me personally so it's not much different at this point if we purchase under me personally or under the entity.

But education starts somewhere, and basic analysis and due diligence will enable the investor to avoid the worst investments.  

I use Appfolio for my property management company but I think they have a minimum door count of 200. 

It does give some great data but would need to verify with a local agent/contractor/property management company etc 

It’s got a steady job market, especially with major companies like FedEx, Amazon, and international logistics hubs around here.
