For me I start at 4 to 5 in the morning. because of all my east coast investments.. by 10am it calms down as they are at lunch. then I go the bank and notarize my deeds on properties I am selling that day and then wire out funds for the new buys that day.. then off I go for a quick bite then drive around Portland looking at my houses here I am building... and get home bout 3 ish then work out. and finally relax about 5.. pickup evening e mails and call it a day about 8pm and I do this many times ( except for the banking part ) 7 days a week...
