Its living, breathing and dining with other investors, authors and gurus.One of the best events is an advanced roundtable for a day. 

It's easy, take deep breath, smile and start by driving around neighborhoods and look for vacant houses.

Full of culture, great food, interesting people  - and HUGE hassles trying to get things done or actually reach a living breathing person who will help you get what you need.I was mentioning this to one of my agents this morning.
