Brady, while I think there are a few UT wholesalers on Bigger Pockets, I think you'll find more success if you attend some of the networking events held in SLC and other surrounding areas.

Josh may be different.I would recommend you find a local real estate group and attend some meetings before forking over money to a guru. 

I suggest attending the local REIA meetings to meet other new investors and other experienced investors.

Find a local REI meeting and attend.

I know I need to attend a real estate investor meeting.

If you haven't already, start attending your local REI Group.  

you will have to schedule ahead of time as far as a bp meeting, i have the same problem and cant attend cause it conflicts with my job but i will take off if i can find out early enough.

I also plan to be attending those real estate investor groups very soon!
