Hi, everyone!

My name is Christopher Sullivan and I just recently signed up here. I started investing in Real Estate at the beginning of this year, and completed a rehab project on a raised ranch two family house. 

I am a business owner/partner of a Real Estate Investing business with two partners. We are constantly on the look out for new properties to grab a hold of in the entirety of MA and RI. I'm also interested in meeting other investors to chat, learn, and potentially do business together. I'm a very dedicated worker who is determined to make a living.

There are a lot of great resources here including the podcasts and I believe there are a few free books as well (including the Bigger Pockets Ultimate Beginner's Guide). You should also check out some local real estate investor groups such as Black Diamond REI in MA and the RI Real Estate Investor Group in RI.

If you have some specific questions feel free to post them, you'll probably get several answers in short order :)
