Operator positions themselves as the owner of the Property Management company when they in fact, are not.

They may also have info on city website.

The insurance company may settle if the tenant has a case, but it be from a position of strength and primarily to reduce the cost of the fight.  

Do you have a website setup that people can click on like one of the “we buy ugly houses” type?  

Must be disciplined and cash flow positive. 

Also interested to know who has had positive experiences in the area.
