How far is the property from the nearest Walmart?  

A quick google search for multi-family TIC projects would be a good start.Although the most familiar TIC projects are things like Walmart markets, Walgreens, large shopping centers and office buildings, there are quite a few multi-family projects scattered around in every market.

They range from the small-time hustler to the medium-sized local company with tens or may 100 properties to the Wal-Mart of Airbnb management.

Once is just finishing the tasks and assuming "ok I added a picture of me, I am credible now", while the other is an art, not just a science.By throwing paint on a canvas assuming you now have a priceless abstract painting is obviously wrong.You can add a picture of you in your polo logo shirt, while I slap a picture in my faded Walmart T with paint on it, and I will still beat your Butt in credibility.It is your demeanor WRT to your picture, it is your website, what you say How you say it everything as a whole which will have any and all specific elements or components on your website have a completely different feel for your traffic!

YUP city of clearlake is a tough little town.. just go hang at walmart for a few hours.Lakeport is nicest town.if your by Kelseyville  the clearlake Riverias could make for some nice vacation rentals.. as the views are great and little to no crime. 

As for the TVs Walmart has a 32” for $99.
