I'm looking to get some property management experience so that I can have an idea of what that's like before getting into it myself once I start real estate investing.However, when I went on Google, there wasn't really much information on how to become a landlord or where I can go to to find landlord positions.So, I would like to ask all of you, how did you become a landlord for other people?

Now the different trades are coming in to to review all the different areas (electrical, HVAC, plumbing etc.). 

But maybe as I grow my portfolio and have more in the bank, I’ll be able to to be a bit more liberal in reserve percentages. 

As you can imagine we have to to a bunch to make a living. 

I’ll have the 6 hour commute back to work but it’s only 9 days a month so it not to to bad.

@David Slamer  you may want to to consider broadening your search to peripheral markets or areas/suburbs away from you. 

Example: I have a place in my name, I want to move to to an LLC.
