Based on my investigation and his ring door bell it being connected to the internet I came to the conclusion he has already moved out. ( I knew his family left already) called the agent and he told me what I already knew but told me that he’s setting up a short sale but I don’t think it’s gonna be approved because the property is worth more than he was last asking for.

There is a wax ring under the toilet that seals it off and prevents water from leaking out.

Changing out a toilet O-ring costs $150-$200 when you call a plumber...but the part itself is like $10.

With all of our Ring doorbells, your face would be plastered all over the neighborhood alerts. 

I decided not to post to Facebook Marketplace because I can't even imagine the amount of messages...I feel like I priced the rental on the higher range at $1700/month, but maybe I should just increase it... so my phone stops ringing...Anyone else experiencing this?
