I made an offer on a for sale by owner deal this past Saturday morning. I believe I am the only one bidding on this deal. I have yet to hear back from the owner of the property. How long should I wait before I contact him? Any thoughts? Thanks.

Thanks! Actually, I was interested in the property so I just cold called the owner to see if he was interested in selling and he was, so here we are.
