I'm managing a family members SFR and I just got a call at 9pm tonight from the new tenant that water is coming out from where the toilet is screwed to tile. We just had the bathroom renovated before they moved in. I contacted the contractor, can this issue wait until tomorrow or does a plumber need to be called out tonight? Thank you in advance.

If there is a second bathroom , turn the water off to the toilet and call plumber in the AM... if it is the only toilet, Turn water off to toilet and call plumber.
