Reread it and I didn't understand it :)I meant that if you did nothing with your 100K other than keep it in a savings account or buy treasuries with it you would earn 5%/year or 20K over 4 years.

I started learning RE (reading+listening) educational materials/content for the last three months, but I understand that I'd need a mentor or a coach to have a more in-depth experience so that I can get started with RE investing.

I reached out to a few CPA friends and spent vacation rereading Tom Wheelright's book.  

Maybe you should re-read your goals.

If the answer is "yes", re-read and try again. 

I would reread this thread and write down the options presented and the pros and cons of each.

my head is spinning and might need to reread 2 or 3 times to get my head sorted.
