Understand it is not "Money" that is the inspiration here, it is motivation.We get our offers accepted even when our offer was lower than the competition.

I find myself continuing to be inspired by his podcasts yet wince when I hear references to his properties.

I've listened to multiple podcasts and was inspired to move to mid term rentals on my 2 Airbnb properties in Hilton Head.

After that I learned about syndication and real estate investing with the Real Estate Guys after listening to Monik Halm's inspiring podcast (episode 306: https://www.biggerpockets.com/...).As part of this journey I have become active in Oklahoma City's local real estate investor group Millionaire Possibilities. 

I am also an inspiring Cincinnati real estate investor.

I would suggest that you listen to Get Rich Education podcast number 197 and 112 and get inspired.
