What I don't have is a steady job and a reliable source of income as I relocate every 6 months as a golf professional (FL for the winters and New England [VT for now] for the summers - I dig it though!). 

I used to participate in their real-estate investment discussions when I lived in England and started researching buy-to-let investing there.

We think this may be a huge bonus in the future valuation given that it is very difficult in this old New England city to build garages unless doing so on new properties.
