PR is technically part of the US, as a territory, but it doesn't show up on any of your tools for finding lenders, real estate agents, etc...

@Aj Bellamah Unless you get a very robust system you are left with manually tracking OR customizing your own CRM.

I recently graduated college - paid for by the houses my parents were flipping while I was off studying - and wanted to find a modest way to give back what I could.To do this, I'm making a tool that lets them scan their receipts and it will automatically upload it to a pre-formatted Google Sheet that they can keep for each property to track expenses and eventually other metrics like returns etc...

Use tools like BiggerPockets Real Estate Forums, Local Real Estate Groups(REIA), and the Cincinnati Apartment Group to meet local investors.Good luck!

The step by step videos in this program I find to be easy to get through they are sometimes as short as 4 minutes detailing a step in the wholesaling process or a tool that helps manage your sellers and buyers and then they give you an action to take... they only release a few videos at a time which to be honest was sooooo frustrating, like I may have complained... but I see now it was forcing me to just take whatever "action step" in that video was, so now 3 weeks in I still and not anywhere near done with the coaching and can say I DO NOT understand the whole process but I am failing forward with hopefully 4 deals in the next 4-6 weeks!

I'm just hoping to speak with someone who has done it or knows someone who has or is that can confirm the analytics tools I'm using are somewhat accurate.

We use Chase Bank, due to all the online tools they offer.In the past we've used 3 small local banks, in an attempt to establish a relationship for loans, but that never seemed to work out.

Additionally, I'm on the lookout for resources and tools that can aid me in this journey.
