So the question you are asking is impossible for anyone in this forum to answer unless we knew exactly what his overhead was (truck costs, tool expenses, auto, worker comp, health insurances, rents, advertising, cell phone, marketing collateral, vacation time, credit card fees, accounting, software, office supplies, computer expenses, etc...) to name a few.

BE CAUTIOUS HERE;  These kinds of ioT devices took down the Dyn server due to ignorance of the owners.Basically, change the admin password. 

Potential UpsideAnother cell phone provider may rent the cell tower, at approx 2x the current rents.  

I then used closed cell spray foam to ensure that it was encapsulated from the interior.I am not saying this was the best solution, but what I did.
