In the real estate industry do you ever need to control a device or reboot a device remotely? Let's say the tenant doesn't pay on time you start turning off amenities washer/dryer or some other device. Or is there any device that the tenant keeps calling stating it doesn't work when a simple reboot fixes the issue?
