We complain about traffic here - and yes, the highways can be pretty bad but nothing like the tunnel and Kosciuszko Circle twice a day, each day during rush hour! 

Some items just don't make sense to buy at specialty store ie if they are 10 miles away on a SF/LA traffic, that could be a 2hr round trip.

Do the areas that get the most Airbnb/VRBO traffic tend to have condos or SFHs?

It is in downtown across from the courthouse with heavy traffic. 

Hello friends, we have had a house 45 min from where we live listed for rent for a few weeks now we are getting lots of emails and traffic; 7 acres, ranch property, irrigation is paid, cute home.

Since the job is in north Gwinnett - may be an issue for other painters - due to traffic and commute times.

Carpets in high traffic areas in rental homes simply do not work and is the elephant in the room when it comes to unplanned expenses.

First off it's always one thing that drives traffic to a property.  

Northeast is not that bad, (Mostly is senior citizens), Center City ($$$), North Philadelphia is the most dangerous area with high criminal, South Philadelphia is not that bad, Frankfort (my rental house was burgled).Out of all, I would prefer Northeast Philadelphia due to closer to New Jersey border and would not be stuck in the traffic once enter Northeast in Philadelphia county
