Seller’s agent recommendation in San Marcos?
Any recommendations for an experienced agent in San Marcos with expertise in small MF? My wife and I have an eight-unit apartment (two 4-plexes) that we’re considering selling in the fall. Current rents are just under $6,600 per month and the units are all leased up with a mix of locals and students. We have a good SF agent for our Austin investments, but would like an agent that understands the local San Marcos MF market.
